Summer Hill Cricket Club Philosophy

Summer Hill Cricket Club is a community organisation, run by volunteers, for the benefit of players and parents.  We aim to provide a rewarding and enjoyable experience of cricket as a game: its skills, disciplines and laws, with a focus on involvement and community participation.  We recognise an environment that is safe, welcoming and free from discrimination for all is an essential requisite for the promotion of maximum enjoyment within our club.

SHCC emphasise fun and a fair go for all.  We aim to realise maximum enjoyment for all involved by showing respect for each other and promote the values of team work, cooperation and leadership.  We believe all kids can play a unique and valuable part in their teams; our club aims respect the diversity of contribution from each and every player.
